Zinc is important for supporting reproductive system health including prostate health. Alongside zinc, selenium is another key mineral for men as it supports sperm production and preconception health for dads-to-be.
Men’s Multi Advanced contains zinc glycinate, a more readily absorbed form of zinc compared to some other forms, such as zinc gluconate.

WARNINGS & STORAGE

Contains naturally occurring salicylates. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6). Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.
