Our Gold Kimchi is certified organic and contains Turmeric, hence the ‘Gold’ name.
We make our kimchi using our unique inhouse developed two stage fermentation process. Rest assured each batch is properly fermented and ph tested. This ensures food safety, taste, quality and probiotics in every jar. We are HACCP certified, food safety is assured.
Our Kimchi are all vegan, so there are no fish sauce, fish or broths used. We also don’t use any flavours, rice starch, soy sauce, preservatives or sugar.
INGREDIENTS Organic wombok cabbage, organic spring onion, organic lobok (korean white radish) organic apples, sea salt, organic ginger, gochugaru (chilli), organic garlic & organic turmeric.
PROBIOTICS Wild Fermented – probiotic strains and quantity vary from batch to batch. Probiotics may cause gas in the jar. REFER NOTE ON LID BEFORE OPENING
