Unser entbeinter und gerollter Schweinelendenbraten ist ein australischer Favorit und ein absoluter Blickfang auf jedem Familienfest.
Dieses Stück Fleisch wird am besten gebraten, bis es gar ist, und anschließend kurz ruhen gelassen, damit der natürliche Saft erhalten bleibt. So wird es jedes Mal zart und saftig. Unsere Freilandschweine haben einen höheren Fettgehalt als industriell hergestelltes Schweinefleisch. Dadurch wird der Braten beim Garen auf natürliche Weise mit dem Saft begossen, was für eine perfekt knusprige und goldbraune Kruste sorgt.
