My Mag Mind combines L-Theanine with magnesium glycinate to support mental focus, concentration and clarity, while supporting the nervous system during times of stress and sleep disruption.

Each capsule contains:

• Theanine 200 mg
• Magnesium (from Magnesium Glycinate) 500 mg, equiv. elemental Magnesium 100 mg

Excipients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (Capsule), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Directions: Adults take 1–2 capsules once or twice per day, as needed, with or without food.
