This 2 Week Meal Plan is designed to take the stress and guesswork out of eating well, while still fitting your real life and supporting your health goals.
You’ll receive 42 different meals across 14 days, with no repeats, all tailored to your individual needs. Every plan is created by our qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist and looks beyond calories alone, focusing on your health as a whole.
We start with a 15 minute consultation, where we chat through your current health concerns, goals, food preferences, and any dietary restrictions. From there, we create a personalised meal plan that actually makes sense for you. Your plan is delivered within 7 days of your consult.
Each recipe is created with nutritional intention. Meals are designed to support things like energy, digestion, hormone balance, weight management, and overall wellbeing, while still being enjoyable and realistic for busy schedules.
Alongside your meal plan, you’ll receive supplement recommendations if appropriate, to further support your nutrition and help you get better results from the changes you’re making.
We don’t just send you a plan and leave you to figure it out on your own. You’ll receive a follow up check in email, and if something isn’t working for you, we can make adjustments to help keep you on track.
