Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Shipping Costs & Order Size Review
Shipping rates shown at checkout are calculated based on a small Australia Post satchel or box.
In some cases, particularly for larger, heavier, or international orders, the actual shipping cost may exceed the standard rate shown at checkout. If this occurs, we will contact the customer before dispatch to advise of the additional shipping cost and confirm whether they wish to proceed.
If the customer chooses not to proceed, a full refund will be issued. No additional charges will be applied without customer approval.
Products Eligible for Shipping
We only ship stable, shelf-safe products. We do not ship cold freight, frozen products, or refrigerated items. These products are available via local delivery or Click & Collect only.
Local Delivery (Newcastle Area)
Local Delivery Fees
Free local delivery applies to orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a $10 local delivery fee.
Same-Day Local Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays within the Newcastle local delivery area will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next business day. Local deliveries operate Monday to Friday only.
Meat Orders – Local Delivery Only
Local meat deliveries are completed from 1pm on Wednesdays.
If the customer will not be home from 1pm onwards, an esky must be left in a safe location. The order will be left inside the esky with an ice pack to keep it cold.
If no one is home and no authority to leave in an esky has been provided, the order will be returned to the shop and the customer will be required to collect it from the store.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available for eligible products. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup and should wait for confirmation before collecting.
Authority to Leave
If authority to leave is provided, the customer acknowledges that once an order has been left at the nominated address, Nourish Health Hub is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or temperature exposure.
Delivery Issues & Delays
Delivery times provided are estimates only. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Nourish Health Hub is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services.
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact us so we can assist where possible.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee before the order can be sent again.
International Orders
Nourish Health Hub reserves the right to refuse international orders. Approved international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Nourish Health Hub is not liable for costs incurred if an order is held or returned due to unpaid customs fees.
