DIRECTIONS

WAIST WRAP

Apply oil to white lining side of pack and wrap around body

Gently place heating pad into front soft pouch if necessary

Use elastic straps to wrap around your area to be treated and secure in place using the button and loop closure at back of pack

Adjust straps to create optimal length

Leave on for 45-1hr to allow castor oil to nourish your body

Remove pack and wipe area clean with warm, damp towel
