DELIVERY

If in the unlikely event your Filteroo is damaged in transit on its way to you, please do not worry. We take the utmost care to pack your Filteroo well for these fast paced times, but if your product arrives to you damaged in any way, please do take photos immediately, before you remove the product from the packaging. Send the photos to us so we can act on that as soon as possible and have your replacement parts delivered to you fast.

SETUP AT HOME

All Filteroo products are designed and created from quality materials to ensure the highest standards possible. We are confident you will not have any issues when your filter is setup in your home. But just in case, Filteroo covers your Filteroo water purifier for 12 months from the date of purchase, just in case you had any leaks or defects within that 12 month period.

If your Filteroo fails to operate as it should within the 12 month warranty period, we will replace any parts required free of charge to the customer. The 12 month warranty will not cover failures if the owner has been negligent or if the product has been misused or there was an accident.
