Ingredients

100% pure steamed rolled oats.

How to Use

Stovetop: soak ½ cup oats in ½ cup water overnight. Add another ½ cup water or milk, bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy. Add extra liquid if needed.
Microwave: combine ½ cup oats with 1 cup water or milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through, then stand for 1 minute.

Allergen Information

Contains oats (gluten). May contain peanuts and tree nuts. The manufacturer also advises possible lupin contamination from crop rotation.

Warnings & Disclaimers

Oats cannot be labelled gluten-free in Australia. People with coeliac disease should speak with their medical team before introducing oats and may need a supervised oat challenge to assess individual tolerance.
