A pantry staple. Light and moist inside with a slight crunch on the crust, this loaf is extremely versatile. Serve sweet or savoury. Freeze for later use or repurpose a stale loaf by food-processing the remains and baking in the oven until golden and dry to create your own gluten-free breadcrumbs.
Ingredients: Tapioca starch, rice flour, besan flour, flax seeds, psyllium husk, salt, yeast and extra virgin olive oil. Sugar free, soy free, gums free, corn free, no preservatives or nasties, no nuts and wheat free.
