Hunter Natural Corned Silverside

Corned silverside is a classic, flavour-packed cut of beef, carefully cured in a blend of salt and spices. Best slow-cooked or gently simmered, this cut becomes incredibly tender, absorbing the rich flavours of the brine. For extra depth, try adding onion, white vinegar, cloves, and a touch of brown sugar to the cooking water.

Traditionally served with vegetables and cheese sauce, corned silverside is also perfect for making hearty sandwiches with tomato sauce.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed, free from chemicals, and raised on the lush pastures of Bellavista farm, where we follow regenerative farming practices to ensure quality and sustainability.
