My Berberine Plus pairs berberine with chromium to support healthy blood sugar levels and help your body process carbohydrates.

Therapure uses a phospholipid form of berberine, designed to help your body absorb it more easily. It comes in vegan-friendly capsules, with every ingredient clearly listed so you know what you’re taking.

Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Berberine phyto-phospholipid complex 200 mg, containing Berberis aristata root extract 84 mg, standardised to contain berberine 65 mg, equivalent to dry Berberis aristata (Indian Barberry) root 4.2 g.
Chromium (from chromium nicotinate) 50 micrograms.

Excipients: Lecithin (sunflower), hypromellose (capsule), pea powder, Vitis vinifera (grape) seed extract, leucine, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate, hyprolose and colloidal anhydrous silica.

How to Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule per day, with or without food.
