Our Veggie Broth is naturally loaded Traditional Chinese mushrooms and essential vitamins & minerals that as part of a balanced diet will support health. Vitamin D supports immunity along with whole food sources of Zinc and Vitamin B12 which can be difficult to obtain in a vegan diet. Zinc is an essential mineral for assisting immune system function and also contributes to cell protection from free radicals. Vitamin B12 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue whilst supporting immunity.

WAYS TO USE IT
