Organic Detox Tea - Loose Leaf

Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to naturally support detoxification. Herbs used in this blend, including nettle leaf, dandelion and burdock, have traditionally been used to help support healthy function of the liver and kidneys, and aid the clearance of toxins. This is an earthy and grounding blend, offering grassy notes of nettle, with hints of sweet fennel and ginger.

This blend is caffeine free.

BREWING

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinalis), Ginger (Zingiber officinale)*, Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
*Fair trade ingredients.

Licorice is not recommended for those who are pregnant, or suffer from hypertension.

PACKAGING

The clear pouch that holds this tea is made from a renewable plant-based cellophane and can easily be home composted.

The cardboard is made from post-consumer recycled board, is printed with vegetable-based inks and can also be home composted after use.
