Each snack bar starts off as 80g of organic grass-fed beef brisket and topside; we just take out the water weight. We slow dry the bars to create a tender and easy-to-eat snack bar that's packed full of flavour and nutrients. Whether you're embarking on a new adventure or simply need a quick, satisfying snack, our beef bars are the perfect choice.

A heads up: The beef bars may contain a small bit of collagenous tissue that can become hard during the preparation process. It's perfectly normal (and healthy to eat).
