Organic Wild Rice

Organic wild rice is called rice and cooks much like rice, but is not actually rice at all! It is actually a species of grass that has a strong and unique yet delicious flavour. Wild rice's chewy texture and pleasing appearance makes it a great addition to rice pilafs or simply cooked in combination with plain brown or white rice.
