If we could take the crisp winter sunshine and put it in a bottle - this would be it. Lemons freshly picked on Bungjalung country (usually by us) blended with freshly harvested green aromatic rosemary needles from the Pyewackets garden. Bright, tart, perfectly balanced for a vitamin C and antioxidant hit. Contains a lot of fresh rosemary, the flavour comes through delightfully.
Like all our shrubs, keep it in the fridge.

Cold Pressed Lemon Juice, Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Sugar, Fresh Rosemary.

Add 35ml of shrub to 200ml sparkling water with ice. Garnish with citrus or fresh rosemary if you wish. We also like this one super diluted - Add just a dash to your water bottle to give it a delightful lemony zing.
