Salted Caramel Shortbread

Refined sugar-free vegan caramel meets gluten-free shortbread, all enrobed in rich 70% dark cacao and finished with Tasmanian sea salt. Chewy, crumbly and seriously good.

Ingredients: *cacao paste, *coconut sugar, *cacao butter, *brown rice syrup, *coconut milk, *shortbread (20%) (*rice flour, *maple syrup, *coconut oil, *tapioca flour, *coconut sugar, *chickpea flour, *vanilla bean, baking soda (aluminium free)), caramel extract (<1%), Tasmanian sea salt (<1%).
