Shake well before use.
Adults only:
4 sprays towards the back of the throat. Repeat every 2 hours as required. Use a maximum of 8 times (32 sprays) in 24 hours.

Cetraria islandica (Iceland Moss) extract dry conc 40mg (from dry whole plant 500.5mg)
