Our Sleep Lotion is a gentle product that the whole family can enjoy. 

It is completely safe for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding and can be used on children (after patch testing).

If you suffer from severe low blood pressure or chronic kidney disease, please consult your healthcare professional before supplementing magnesium. 

If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

This product needs to be stored below 25'C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

 

How to use

Don't be fooled, this lotion goes a long way.

Apply 2-3 pumps into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. Rub in well for the best results.

You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.

Active Ingredients p/mL: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate 160mg (equivalent Magnesium 19.13mg), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract 1.049mg/ml (from 23.26mg/ml Dry Flower), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil 2.625mg/ml.
